Insercorp has a team of talented professionals from different fields and studies.  To reflect the diversity of our clientele it is important to diversify our team as much as possible in skills and knowledge while balancing a strong work ethic and promote strong teamwork.

Timothy C. Bradshaw
President & CEO

Tim Bradshaw

Tim attended Virginia Commonwealth University for Business Administration and Management. He is a proud Eagle Scout and Master Mason. 

From 2003 to 2006 Tim created and managed GamePlasma.com, an online publication centered on the interactive entertainment industry.  Designing content around the user and developing methods in optimizing websites for search engines GamePlasma averaged over 125,000-250,000 unique monthly visitors and 500,000 - 1,500,000 monthly page views. 

In 2007 Tim partnered with one of GamePlasma's developers, Josh Kimbrel, in forming Bradshaw-Kimbrel Technology Group  (BKTG) to provide better quality website solutions to the commercial market using advanced technology developed for GamePlasma and its network of online communities and affiliates.  In 2010 after acquiring the other half of BKTG the group incorporated and became known as Insercorp LTD.

Now Tim manages the day to day operations of the company including client relationships, business development, and project management.

Mr. Bradshaw is also an active member of his community.  He is currently the Board Secretary and a founding Director of the Asian Association of Hampton Roads, Co-Chair of the Marketing Committee for the Isle of Wight Fair Committee, and is active in committees in his local Carrsville Ruritan Club, Franklin Lodge 151 AF/AM, and serves on the Web Development Advisory Board for ECPI College of Technology in Virginia Beach, VA. 

David S. Burton

David Burton

Mr. Burton is a founding member of AmazingMe.org, an organization that was committed to being a social and educational resource for families affected by Autism, ADHD, and other developmental disorders. Mr. Burton is a frequent contributor to FMWebshool's monthly publication that is distributed to around 10,000 FileMaker developers and users worldwide.  He joined the Insercorp Development Team in November 2009.

In addition to database architecture and planning, David currently assists in project management and website/application development. 

In October 2010 he was appointed as Vice President of Insercorp LTD by the Board of Directors.


Nancy L. DeLeonardo
Office Manager

Nancy DeLeonardoNancy comes to our company with over three years of office administration experience.  She holds a BA in Organizational Management from Ashford University and is fluent in Spanish.  

Nancy is a veteran of the Untied States Navy having served for over 5 1/2 years as a Hospital Corspman where she received an award for Junior Sailor of the Quarter in 2000.
Nancy lived in Barcelona, Spain until the age of 14 at which point she moved to Los Angeles, California.  She is a certified Turbo Kickboxing instructor and her hobbies include TKB and reading.  Nancy is happily married to her husband Kirk and enjoys spending time with her children Kayla and Jenna.

Barrett A. Patterson a.k.a. the Guru
Creative Artist / Assistant Project Manager / Web Developer

Barrett Patterson

Barret is a native to the Hampton Roads area and was born and raised in Carrsville, Virginia.

He is one of our most talented web and graphic designers, having designed websites and logos for Insercorp since Spring 2010.  Barrett started originally with Bradshaw-Kimbrel Technology Group, LLC from its infancy in February 2008 as our first Sales Manager.  Once completing our Intern Learning Program he quickly proved his capabilities in design to become our lead designer.  Barrett's diverse background allows him to look through the eyes of both our clients and their customers in creating innovative and cutting-edge designs.

Barrett also assists in Project Management and helps coordinate projects to ensure that Insercorp's creative concepts are delivered to our clients.

Barrett is highly involved in his community and volunteers with the Insercorp team to help the Downtown Franklin Association with We Be Jammin each summer.  Additionally he is an award-winning member of the American Poolplayers Association and has a passion for the sport of Pool.

Barrett’s passion for the sport of Pool has led him to create Pool Spots, a social network community for all Pool and Billiard enthusiasts. The goal of the website is to bring the Pool and Billiard communities together to find resources, tips, and places to play pool, as well as share knowledge and get the latest in Billiard and Pool news.


Istvan Pusztai a.k.a. The Web Master
Web Designer / Web Developer

Istvan PusztaiIstvan is a web developer and designer from Montreal, Canada, with over 10 years of experience in design and 7 in programming. His industry experience includes working in web design (freelanced with Tim Bradshaw from 2001-2006), aerospace & defense, print and online publishing. He now does freelance work for Insercorp since July 2011 to help finance his online education startup. He also runs a personal blog at istvan.co. Istvan supports Insercorp with website design, development, backend programming, and assists with server administration.

Istvan's freelance experience also includes working with Tim from 2001-2006 to design and plan the GamePlasma Network including GamePlasma.com and the popular video game fansites Diablo2.com and AOE2.com.  In addition to providing web and graphic design Istvan provided videography during the Electronic Entertainment Expo in Los Angeles for GamePlasma in 2006. 

 

Dustin Everette

Dustin Everette

Dustin Everette was born and raised in Franklin, Virginia.

Dustin began working on computers at a young age and discovered that he had a natural talent for it. He continued to gain experience from doing repair jobs in the various neighborhoods where he lived. He's now a skillful software and hardware repairer.

His goal as Insercorp’s intern is to learn Website Development. He hopes to one day become a Web Master and design and develop sites at a highly skilled and professional level.  

 

"Patty" the Chicken
Insercorp's Mascot

Patty the ChickenPatty is Insercorp's mascot.  Just like Insercorp's origins Patty began in an incubator.  She first showed up at the office sometime in 2009 after Insercorp moved into its permanent presence in downtown Franklin. 

Patty periodically makes appearances at Insercorp events and community events around Franklin. 

Patty is an integral part of the Insercorp team and helps boost team morale.  Patty can sometimes be seen with her sidekick bullfrog Winston.
