Link to an anchor inside the same page
To link to another page on your website, highlight the text you want to be the link and then select the Insert/Edit Link button from the toolbar.

When the Insert/Edit Link box displays select the My Site tab and click on Content Pages. A list of your current content pages will be displayed. Select the page you want to link to from this list of your content pages.

This will take you to the General properties tab. If you want the link to open in a new window, select the Open in new window (_blank) option from the Target drop down menu.

To create the link click Insert, the text you selected will turn blue to indicate the link has been created.
To remove a link, highlight the blue text where the link has been created and select the Unlink button from the toolbar.

If you want to create a link to another website, highlight the text you want to be a link and select the Insert/Edit Link button from the toolbar. When the Insert/Edit Link box appears select the General tab. In the Link URL box type the URL of the website you want to link to. Note: The URL must be in the http://www format to work. For example, if you want to link to Insercorp.com, it needs to be linked as http://www.insercorp.com. To have the link open in a new window, in the Insert/Edit Link box select General. In the drop down menu for Target select 'Open in new window (_blank).

When you have finished click Insert to create your link. The text you selected for the link will turn blue to indicate the link has been created.
To remove a link, highlight the blue text where the link has been created and select the Unlink button in the toolbar.
To create a link to download a document from your website, first highlight the text where you want the link to appear and select the Insert/Edit Link button from the toolbar. When the Insert/Edit Link box appears, select the Documents tab.

Next, select the document you want to be downloaded when the link is clicked. This will take you to the General tab. If you want the link to open in a new window, in the Target dropdown menu select the 'Open In New Window (_blank)' option. When you have finished, click Insert.

Link to an anchor inside the same page
To link to an anchor within a page, you must first create the anchor and name it. To create an Anchor, first place the cursor where you want the anchor to be on the page and then select the Insert/Edit Anchor button from the toolbar.

It will prompt you to name the Anchor. Remeber to name anchors in a way that you can remember where on the page the anchor is located. To insert the anchor on the page, click Insert.

After the anchor has been created highlight the text that you want to link to the anchor. After the text is selected, choose the Insert/Edit Link button from the toolbar. In the Insert/Edit Link box, select the General tab. In the Anchors drop down menu, select the anchor you want to link to and click Insert.

To make an image a link on your website, highlight the image (or click on the image) and click on the Insert/Edit Link button. To link to another website, select the General tab when the Insert/Edit link box loads. In the Link URL type in the URL (website address) you want the image to link to. The URL must be in the http://www format to work. For example, if you want to link to Insercorp.com it must be linked to as http://www.insercorp.com. If you want the link to open in a new window, in the Target dropdown menu select the 'Open In New Window (_blank)' option. When you have finished, click Insert.

To link an image to another page within your website, highlight or click the image and select Insert/Edit Link from the toolbar. Select the My Site tab and click Content Pages. Select the page you want to link the image to from the list of content pages. You will be returned to the General tab. To open the link in a new window, in the Target dropdown menu select the 'Open In New Window (_blank)' option. When you have finished, click Insert.
