What does the "share" button do?
What kind of files will work with the Documents Manager?
To upload a document to the Documents Manager, select Documents from the My Site menu. From that page, click Browse to find the document you want to upload on your computer, select Open and then click Upload.

After the document has been uploaded it will appear in the list of other documents that have been previously uploaded. You can also delete a document by selecting Delete next to the document you wish to delete.
What does the "share" button do?
The Share button in the Documents Manager allows you to send an e-mail with a link to download a document. To share a document, click the Share button. You will need to enter a to e-mail address and a subject. To share a document that has already been uploaded to the Documents Manager, click the blank circle next to the document you want to share in the Documents section. To share a document that has not been uploaded, click Browse next to the Upload File box. Find the document on your computer , click Open, then select Upload. Again, select the document you want to share in the Documents section. When you are finished, click Send Message to share the document.

What kind of files will work with the Documents Manager?
Pdf, .doc, .xls, .ppt, .rtf, and .txt files will work with the Documents Manager.
