CMS Training

We provide CMS Training as part of the annual license fee for up to four hours each year at eligible locations* or over the Internet / phone. 

Eligible Locations include:  Virginia, North Carolina, Florida, Maryland

Additional CMS Training may be provided at a rate negotiable based on time, distance, travel expenses, and preparation.  Contact us for more information.

CMS Support

We offer phone support for iPlasmaCMS during normal business hours (9am - 5pm EST Monday - Friday).  Call us at 757-337-2940 and ask about iPlasmaCMS.  You will be required to provide your Domain Name and must be an authorized contact for the account.

We also offer 24/7 CMS Support through our online trouble ticket system.  You can access the system from inside your control panel or click here to submit a ticket through our website.

Online Tutorial

At this time our Online Tutorial is still under development.  We are currently planning a release of our first Online Tutorial with the June Product Upgrade (iPlasmaCMS 2.1).  You will see a message in your Control Panel Dashboard when the Online Tutorial is available.
