Submitting Trouble Tickets

If you are experiencing problems with your website and need to submit a Trouble Ticket, click on the Submit Trouble Ticket button (the button with a question mark) in the upper right corner of the Control Panel in the CMS. 

Trouble Ticket

On the next screen, enter your name and phone number in the Submit a Trouble Ticket form.  Next select the Priority Level (low, medium, high, or urgent) of your Trouble Ticket, the Type of Error that is occurring, and the module where the error occured (if applicable).  In the Trouble Ticket Details section enter any other information you think may be helpful to us in solving the problem.  If there is an error occurring, you can copy and paste the error message in this section.
