The Hampton Roads Sports Commission is an affiliate of the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the cities of Newport News, Norfolk, and Virginia Beach is working to attract major amateur athletic events to the region.

The mission of Healthy Girls is to provide young girls a foundational knowledge of nutrition, exercise, body awareness and good self-esteem in a non-judgmental and supportive environment.

Lifestyle Development with Roger Lee is an on-demand personal training service through ReclaimUrHealth.com.  Lifestyle Development will offer several exercise programs for those individuals who either can not make it to a gym, are too self-conscious to go to a gym and work out, or also for those who are not sure what exercises to do at the gym to get the results they want.  These programs will be available for people of all fitness levels for a small fee.

WGA's goal is to provide current information regarding their USAG Team.  As parents, they support their girls and their fellow members in USAG in all aspects of the sport of gymnastics.
