James City County is situated between the York and James Rivers in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia.  The area was first setteld in 1607 at Jamestown and the county was officially created in 1634.  James City County is home to the Busch Gardens Europe theme park, Colonial Williamburg, Historic Jamestowne and Jamestowne Settlement.
