Having originally hired Insercorp to design a basic, brochure-style website for Sitters in 2010 when the home health care provider was just getting off the ground as a home-based business, the consistently growing brick-and-mortar business contracted Insercorp in late 2019 to build out a more comprehensive, mobile responsive website in addition to a brand campaign which included the design of both print and digital marketing material.
Beyond the traditional scope of Personal Care Services, Sitters specializes in Alzheimer's/Dementia Care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication management, post-op care, private duty nursing, and respite care.
Sitters also offers Certified Personal Care Aide training as well as American Red Cross certified training for First Aid / CPR and AED.
Sitters’ Certified Personal Care Aides, LPNs, and RNs work with local clients inside the home, hospital, and assisted living and long term care communities. The compassionate caregivers employed by Sitters take their tagline "Always there for your loved ones" to heart. They also provide a foundation for caregivers who are entering the healthcare field by offering personal care aide certification classes in addition to American Red Cross certified First Aid/CPR and AED training.
Sitters needed a revamped website that would better reflect the growth they’ve experienced since the original website was launched in 2010. The Portsmouth-based companion care group knew they could count on their website always being online and accessible based on their experience with Insercorp’s reliability and dependability.
With the original website being built as a basic, brochure-style website in 2010 it was time for a modern yet unique design to reflect the uniqueness of the home health provider. Sitters needed an updated, robust website to build a better online presence, set themselves apart from the competition, and highlight the wide variety of services provided.
Sitters chose Insercorp to modernize and develop its online presence by creating a new website which enables Sitters to better reach their target audience while providing pertinent information about their services in an accessible, high-quality, cost-effective, easy to navigate website that will be able to evolve with the home health care provider.
The new website was developed on Insercorp’s proprietary iPlasmaCMS2 Website Content Management System which makes it easy for the Sitters staff to make changes to content, add new pages, and manage access to its new Employee Portal.
In addition to re-designing the website Insercorp remastered the Sitters logo, designed new marketing collateral including a rack card and business cards, and created a Facebook page so Sitters can also connect with their clients and community of caregivers through social media.
The revamped SittersAdultCare.net defines the number of services Sitters Companion Care Group offers, provides direct calls to action including a web-based new client intake form, and helps the home care provider stand out as leaders in their market.
