Delegate Joe Lindsey (D) represents the 90th House District of Virginia which includes Norfolk and parts of Virginia Beach.
Insercorp was contracted by Joseph Lindsey for House of Delegates in 2019 to re-design the official website for Delegate Joe Lindsey, 90th District Virginia House of Delegates. With a need to keep the public informed, as well as be available for feedback, Joe came to Insercorp for help with a website redesign.
Insercorp has designed a website that allows stakeholders, including constituents, donors, volunteers, and the general public, to easily navigate throughout with an emphasis on performance, accessibility, and ease of navigation. The previous website was built with WordPress which resulted in a cookie-cutter design with inconsistent layouts and functionality.
The new website, developed with Insercorp's proprietary iPlasmaCMS2 Content Management System, provides for well-organized information architecture. The Responsive Design offers a consistent look and feel across all devices, from desktops to smartphones, by adapting to the user's screen size for an optimized user experience.
Insercorp integrated the custom responsive website design for Delegate Joe Lindsey's new website into its proprietary Web Content Management System, iPlasmaCMS2, a user-friendly, browser-based app which requires no technical experience, allowing Website Administrators to easily add and manage website content. DelegateJoeLindsey.com is built to modern standards, understanding the importance of performance without sacrificing the appearance. Accessibility standards provide for Section 508 compliance to support the use of assistive technologies for Website Visitors with vision impairment. The website is secured with encryption and utilizes best practices to prevent known attack methods and mitigate the risks of cyber security threats to ensure a safe browsing experience.
